Party Policies
RESERVATIONS
- Reservations may be made online or over the phone
- A reservation is confirmed once the $100 deposit is received
- A CLASSIC PARTY – 11 children (non-walkers and adults not included in count)
- A GRAND PARTY – 12 to 20 children (non-walkers and adults not included in count)
DEPOSITS
- $100 due at booking
- NON-REFUNDABLE
- A party may be rescheduled for no charge up to two weeks prior to the party
- There will be a $25 rescheduling fee for parties rescheduled 7 to 13 days prior to the party.
- No parties may be rescheduled less than 7 days prior to the party.
- The remainder of the balance is due and payable on or before the day of the party.
ARRIVAL
- We welcome pre-party set-up – in consideration of our other guests, we ask that you not begin your set up earlier than 15 before your party start time.
PLAY SUPERVISION
- Parents are responsible to supervise children playing in the play areas.
- Posted safety rules must be followed
- Children may play on the playground outside, but must be supervised at all times by parents.
- Parties are not allowed in the classrooms, except to pass through to use the restrooms or the refrigerator/freezer.
- All play areas will be closed 10 minutes prior to the end of the party so guests can prepare to leave.
FOOD AND DRINK
- Bring in your own food and drinks (a refrigerator/freezer available for use)
- No alcoholic beverages allowed.
- Bring in your own plates, napkins, tablecloths, silverware, serving utensils
CLEAN-UP
- All foods MUST be cleaned up at least 20 minutes prior to the end of the party
- Guests are responsible to pick up all food containers, wrappings, boxes, bows, etc.
- All play areas will close 10 minutes prior to the end of the party so guests can prepare for departure.
DEPARTURE
- All guests must depart at party ending time
- All gifts, food and serving items, etc. must be removed by party ending time
- A $25 fee is charged to all parties which are more than 5 minutes late departing.
KIDSPACE CREW
- We make sure your party place is clean, sanitized and ready for you and your partiers.
- Need assistance with set-up or take down? Ask us, we’re happy to help!
- Need something – ask us, maybe we have it!
- Classic Parties – 1 KIDSPACE courtesy crew member
- The BIG Celebration – 2 KIDSPACE courtesy crew members
SMOKING
- No smoking allowed in or on KIDSPACE premises (including parking lot)
